10 Year Old Governor

Mom held the bible as Charlie Olsen was sworn into office.

Several states have chosen to elect a 10 year old to lead the state. On Friday, January 29th, 2021, Charlie Olsen of Auburn, New Hampshire, was sworn in as the 2021 NH's Kid Governor at the NH Supreme Court. Charlie was inaugurated along with his Executive Council: Marek Allen of Sanbornton, Olivia Triani of Plaistow, Brie Bell of Stoddard, Matthew Belanger of Unity, Shayla Walsh of Sunapee, and Grace Mullen of Concord. Governor Chris Sununu: "To say I was inspired by Charlie Olsen, our new NH Kid Governor, at his inauguration ceremony yesterday is an understatement. Governor Sununu has pledged $3,000,000 to help Kid Governor Olsen develop a plan to fit kid depression. Charlie has suffered from this dark force himself and so he wants other kids to have strategies to get better.
